You said yes.
What now?
You do not need to know church language or have everything figured out. Following Jesus begins with trust, then grows one ordinary step at a time.
Start with Jesus.
Begin reading the Gospel of John. Watch what Jesus says, what He does, who He notices, and what He asks people to trust.
Talk to God honestly.
Prayer does not require special vocabulary. Tell God the truth about what you fear, want, regret, and hope for.
Find healthy believers.
Christian life was never designed to be lived alone. Look for people who open Scripture, love people, and point beyond themselves to Jesus.
Get baptized.
Baptism is an outward declaration of your new life in Christ. Talk with a healthy local church about taking that step.
Keep growing.
You will not understand everything tomorrow. That is normal. Keep reading, praying, asking, obeying, and walking with people.
“If anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!”2 Corinthians 5:17
Look for a healthy local church.
Use a map or directory, visit carefully, and test what is taught by Scripture. Look for humility, accountability, healthy community, and a clear focus on Jesus.
You do not have to wait to begin.
247 Fellowship can give you a simple worship, teaching, reflection, and prayer rhythm while you look for a local church home. Car Church can give you short Biblical encouragement during the week.
Faith grows through relationship, not performance.
You will have questions. You will have hard days. You may discover things you need to unlearn. None of that means you failed. Keep bringing your life back to Jesus, Scripture, prayer, and healthy people.
